RESULTS
Results can be accessed via OASIS. The results will not be mailed out to your postal address. If you have any queries regarding missing results please contact the Examination Office.
TRANSCRIPTS
Graduating students will receive a complementary academic transcript which will be automatically posted to your postal address. If you want to order an extra copy of your academic transcript, kindly contact Student Services.
GRADUATION
Visit the Curtin Malaysia Graduations page for information regarding graduation ceremonies.
Graduation packages, including application forms, will be emailed via OASIS to all qualified students. You must update your current address, phone and email details in OASIS to ensure that all certificates and letters are received. A detailed checklist for graduating students is available online here.
Notes: Kindly be reminded that if you have chosen to attend the Graduation Ceremony, you will not be eligible to receive your award via mail. Failure to register in OASIS will result in the award being conferred ‘in absentia’. The award will not be printed until the student contacts the Graduations Office in writing, by email or in person. Students who have outstanding debts to the University are not able to graduate.
Don’t forget that as a Curtin graduate you now have lifetime OASIS access so you will be able to continue your account and official communication.
